Return and Refund Policy

Items ordered through the 1Hand Knives website may be returned within 30 days from purchase. 

The merchandise must be returned in new condition in the original packaging. 

The customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping.

To start a return, please visit [website], fill out a Return Request Authorization form including all the information requested. 

Once the form is complete, you will receive an email with your RMA number and further instructions for your return.
